Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy A credit card is required to book an online consultation. No amount is charged at the time of booking — payment is processed only after the session, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). All consultations are offered virtually. Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reserved session's rate. Automatic reminders are sent before each appointment to make any changes easier. Waitlist Policy When no time slot is available within your desired timeframe, you can request to be added to the waitlist. You'll be contacted as soon as a spot opens up, typically as quickly as possible. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment and does not replace a confirmed booking.
