Gestational Diabetes: One Step at a Time
Pregnancy follow-up. 1 initial assessment (60 min) + 1 meal planning session (30 min) + 8 weekly follow-ups (30 min each), for a total of 10 appointments over approximately two months. Nutritional management of gestational diabetes: carbohydrate distribution and meal structure. $645 total: paid session by session.

Postpartum follow-up. 1 initial assessment (45 min) + 2 follow-ups (45 min each), for a total of 3 appointments, spread out over the months following delivery. Support for the 6-week postpartum glucose screening follow-up and prevention of prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. $350 total: paid session by session.

The Cocoon
Prenatal package. 1 initial assessment (60 min) + 3 follow-ups (30 min each, roughly one per trimester), for a total of 4 appointments. Nausea and hyperemesis gravidarum, healthy gestational weight gain, iron, vitamin D, and folic acid intake. $375 total: paid session by session.

Payment policy
In accordance with the Code de déontologie of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ), full or partial payment cannot be required before a session has taken place — this would constitute an impermissible advance payment.
Here's how payment works at Nuome Clinique:
No advance payment. You pay after each session, never before.
Multi-session packages. Even for a discounted package, payment happens session by session, as you go — never as one lump sum upfront.
Pre-authorization accepted. A credit card pre-authorization or a card on file may be required to secure your appointment. No amount is charged until the session is complete.
A receipt is provided after each payment, ready to submit to your insurer.
A fee equal to 50% of the reserved session's value applies to any cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, except in exceptional circumstances.
Rates are subject to an annual increase, effective January 1st of each year. If you're already in an active package at the time of an increase, your original rate is maintained until the end of that package.
